Affordable Housing Lightens Economic Pressures in La Plata County

La Plata County is in the midst of an affordable housing challenge. Rising costs and limited availability increase housing costs making it difficult to retain a workforce. Pine River Commons and Rock Creek Housing Project hope to alleviate the housing shortage with new workforce housing. By Sadie Smith.
